Excessive Growth
2831 N Blue Slopes DR
- Case Date:
- 8/24/2018
I have contacted this rental home's management company (Brawley) twice about a DANGEROUS situation. There are 5 DEAD Ash Trees in the yard and TWO are threatening my home at 2825 Blue Slopes. These trees are dropping very large branches both during storms and more increasingly during rather calm days as well. These trees are both near our home as they are very near the property line. They need to be removed before they do serious damage. I cannot get any response from the management company.
The trees and brush along the east side of Walnut reduce visibility for drivers turning from Blue Ridge Drive onto Walnut. These were trimmed recently, but have become a problem again after all the rain.
abandoned? black vw, expired plates tires are flat hasn't moved in over a year
Corner of Lakewood Dr. and North Dunn: Curb broken down, extreme erosion next to the road. Large drop-off from road/corner creating traffic hazard.
white car, license 857pu, has been there quite a while, now has at least one flat tire.
I have called and left two messages, but received no call back. I just need someone to come and indicate if there are any underground utilities on a small section by our driveway before i dig to pot up some fencing and shrubs. I would appreciTe someone calling me and letting me know when i can get this done
There is a Trump/Pence sign on the city easement at the corner of Ramble Road East and Lakewood Avenue. If I understand the ordinance correctly, it does not have a right to be there.
There is a vine that has been hanging down onto Dunn street, just South of the dam/water treatment plant area, for several weeks. It hits my windshield practically every time I drive South on Dunn Street (unless I remember to move to middle of street to avoid it). Please cut the vine so it doesn't hang into the street.
The street light on Dunn at Lakewood and Dunn is out. We heard a loud pop and saw a flash Monday morning, but didn't know what it was from. Then I noticed that street light is out.
