Aggressive dogs constantly getting out of neighbors yard and attempting to attack me and my dog in our yard. Reba Ave
On Saturday September 10th my boyfriend (Bryan Castillo) took my dog Willie to get a bath and groom at House of Paws (aka Pawsitive Grooming, Daisy's Darling Dogs) with Shena as scheduled the day before. At 3:26 pm I received a call that there was an incident with my dog. I was told that she had a small cut that was not bleeding and if they should just hold my dog down and keep grooming or I can come in and hold her down to finish. After the call Bryan Castillo and I went over there to get our dog. When we arrived the groomer brought Willie out, when we saw the cut we were in shock. There was a 2-3 inch laceration between Willie's stomach and leg. The staff was blaming Willie for the incident. The groomers were negligent in handling Willie. We had to drive an 72 miles to the nearest urgent vet at 14069 Mundy Dr, Fischer, Indiana. Our dog received several stables to close the wound.
Benjamin Wolter, the person who lives at this address, is running an unlicensed dog pet sitting and training business from his home. The photo posted is taken from their business Facebook “Emerald Isle Canine” and is the inside of his garage. The brown door you see in the photo leads to a back room of the garage where the dogs are crated. I am submitting this report because I am concerned for the safety of these dogs spending time in an unlicensed and un-inspected garage. I have personally been to this place but am submitting anonymously because the owner, Benjamin Wolter, has a documented legal history of harassment so I am scared to attach my name to this complaint. Please look into this
I live directly behind individuals who repeatedly let their 2 dogs outside on their small, fenced-in patio at any hour of day - most offensively before 7am on weekdays and before 8am on weekends. The dogs bark incessantly whenever they are outside, and the owners allow them to remain outside for varying lengths of time, barking to be let into the house or at neighbors on their patios. This is a public nuisance and possible animal neglect. This has been ongoing since March 2021, and the Oaklawn Park HOA refuses to address it.
Dogs are being kept in really really poor living conditions here. I work replacing windows, and when I went to this house it smelled like it had never been cleaned and some of these dogs look like they’ve never left their cages.
There's a squirrel stuck (likely deceased) on a power pole ☹ poor dude should be removed.
