The intersection of Pete Ellis Dr./Discovery Parkway and 10th Street is used by residents of numerous apartment complexes, bus riders, and community members accessing the post office and the greenway that goes along 10th St. The intersection is necessary for access to Indiana University from Woodbridge and Fountain Park Apartments, which hosts many graduate students. However, there is no crosswalk, pedestrian lights, or sidewalk platforms to allow for safe crossing along this very busy intersection. Additionally, the traffic lights are not able to be seen from the four corners of the intersection, forcing pedestrians to make an educated guess on when to cross. In short, the intersection is dangerous and near impossible to cross. Would it be at all possible in the future to include a) a crosswalk b) a pedestrian crosswalk light c) sidewalk cutout/curb ramps on the two corners in which there is not one currently? 603 557 n park ridge road. Between these two houses muddy pool of water several inches deep on sidewalk. Not sure if broken pipe or just horribly maintained but not passable and definitely not wheelchair access.

Our front north sidewalk floods every time it rains. It washes away the mulch in my flowerbeds and causes the sidewalk to be muddy and a trip hazard.

House at the corner of W 6th and Fairview has allowed decorative grasses to grow into sidewalk and into Fairview Street. Cars cannot see pedestrians as they pull through Fairview and peds have to walk into street to avoid getting hit in face by plants.

Bushes and vines hanging over the sidewalk along Parrish Road and you can't get under them in places or see oncoming traffic

This wall has been across the sidewalk for TWO MONTHS now. The property is owned by J.R.R. Management (in Indy) and they have not cleaned this up. My partner had to move it out of my driveway to park my car. This barely makes the sidewalk wide enough for wheelchairs. There is also glass all along this sidewalk and it needs to be swept. I am disabled and can't do this myself.

You guys ever gonna trim these bushes growing over sidewalk or you just gonna wait until someone gets mugged or hit by a bike? Literally in a heavily used and seen area. You guys lacking employees or something?
