I wanted to propose the addition of a pedestrian crosswalk at the intersection of N Fess Ave and E 10th St. I live in Collins, and when walking between Hillcrest and the general courtyard buildings there are no immediate crosswalks in the area. The addition of white lines, particularly on the west end of this intersection (where there is already a metal grate where the sidewalk meets the road) would be very helpful for residents of Collins and would make the area safer for pedestrians trying to cross the street.

603 557 n park ridge road. Between these two houses muddy pool of water several inches deep on sidewalk. Not sure if broken pipe or just horribly maintained but not passable and definitely not wheelchair access.

Could the City install a sidewalk along the west side of Dunn between Cottage Grove and 12th Street? There are also a couple sections in that stretch where there isn't even a sidewalk on the east side of the street, and a lot of people walk down that street even though it is only one-way.

North Dunn between Cottage Grove and 12th Street has no sidewalk at all on the west side of the street and several places on the east side that also do not have a sidewalk. This forces people to walk in the middle of the street. Lately, there have been times in the evening when there are *many* people walking (stumbling) down the street, all probably en route to/from "The Standard". These are people who cross the railroad tracks through the vandalize security fence there. If the City is not going to prevent people from crossing the railroad in the dark and over rocks and difficult terrain by putting up some sort of impermeable wall at 13th/Dunn, at least they could provide a functional sidewalk for intoxicated students to walk on. To make things worse, the street lamp at 11th/Dunn is burned out so on top of having to walk in the middle of the street it is also almost pitch black there. And this is all complicated by the fact that so many people at night drive the wrong way down Dunn and 11th Street, both of which are one-way streets.

I’m writing to request the completion of unfinished sidewalks and the addition of some crosswalks on the west side of Bloomington. The first is an unfinished stretch of sidewalk along the east side of Curry Pike from Industrial Avenue to the intersection of 2nd St./45. The sidewalk dead-ends before reaching the intersection, and there is no crosswalk at the intersection to allow pedestrians to cross safely from the north side of 2nd St./45 to the south side, or vice versa. The second is a stretch of sidewalk along the north side of 2nd St. from Liberty Drive to Industrial Avenue. This sidewalk is overgrown and near unusable and dead-ends before reaching Industrial Avenue. Moreover, the intersection at Liberty Drive and 2nd St. has a crosswalk on only the north side (going east-west) and does not allow pedestrians to cross safely from the south to north side of 2nd St., or vice versa. Lastly, the sidewalk on the west side of Curry Pike does not connect between Lamplighter Mall Ct. and Glen Oaks Drive, and connecting these stretches of sidewalk would provide better access to 3rd street and the neighborhoods along Curry Pike. It would be much appreciated if the city could complete these stretches of sidewalk and make the area more walkable for those of us who do not have other modes of transportation or who simply prefer to walk the shorter distances to reach businesses and services that are close to home. I often walk along 13th street between Indiana ave. and Fess ave. Could the sidewalks along this stretch of road be improved? On the south side, there's no sidewalk, and on the north side, the sidewalk is crumbling and difficult to use at night.

This wall has been across the sidewalk for TWO MONTHS now. The property is owned by J.R.R. Management (in Indy) and they have not cleaned this up. My partner had to move it out of my driveway to park my car. This barely makes the sidewalk wide enough for wheelchairs. There is also glass all along this sidewalk and it needs to be swept. I am disabled and can't do this myself.

Sometimes, I use to walk back home. I use 10th street to reach my home, but there is a short section of 10th street from around 3951 E to Meadow Park that does not have a sidewalk. It is really dangerous to walk in the road because it is not a straight rode and drivers cannot see you.
