"CC Preschool" sign on W Country Club Drive, across from Grease Monkey (listed as 2610 S Walnut).
The sign is in the grass, very close to Country Club Drive and, as far as I can see, it is outside the red line on the Elevate map, which possibly means it is in the ROW.

This is an Elevate Schneider Geospatial map screen shot of the 503 S High Street property, the CC Church. As the red line indicates, the city owns part of the grass along the sidewalk. Too bad you allow only one picture per Request. I think the Daycare sign there is on city property.
I am glad you are talking to them about the way they are putting up signs all over town, preferably in shopping center parking lots, where no one will touch them.

3 cars are always parked this backyard. We've had neighbor complaints, its a hazard and it looks trashy.
