Management company will not remove for rent signs (They have been up since July) even though I texted and politely ask them to do so. See photos. There were 8 in total. I had to stop and remove one of the signs that blew into the street. Also, these are 3 bedroom home with 6-7 cars constantly in the driveway so occupancy is suspect. Thank you.

I live at Fountain Park Apartments and am constantly witnessing dangerous crossings of pedestrians on E10th St and Pete Ellis Drive. There is no crosswalk at the intersection on either side of the outlined location. I think adding a crosswalk and pedestrian crossing light at the intersection would prevent a lot of these issues. People always drive dangerously fast on this road. The speed limit is 25, yet I usually see most drivers going 40 or above on this road, which is dangerous to my dogs and I. Maybe there could be speed bumps or other infrastructure to signal drivers to slow down.
