There is a bicycle at the North West corner of the intersection of 1st and Fess streets that appears to be abandoned. The rear wheel is bent such that it appears to be inoperable and it has been locked to the sign post at that location for a few weeks now. For BPD: reported multiple times. There is a run down RV parked at the end of N Gates Drive behind Kohls on the west side. Please address this. Looks creepy and people are definitely living in and out of it.
