The City of Bloomington social media is advertising for and promoting the murder of babies who have no voice. I don’t pay city taxes for the mayor’s office and the city of Bloomington to promote murder of anyone. I would like the city of Bloomington to retract all statements promoting the abortion of babies. They are not promoting an “all resources” statement, instead they are promoting scare tactics and only providing information with regards to abortion. Unacceptable and if not taken seriously, there will be further action taken legally. You are instilling fear into the public.
I received a call from a resident stating that there are encampments in the woods between AMC Theater and Moore's Pike. Not only is there trash and used needles scattered about, but this morning someone lit the site on fire. There is a smoldering mattress and plastics burning at the site. I submitted report yesterday (uReport Case #181008). This morning the area has only a couple of shirts. Someone must have removed the suitcase and bags and left just the shirts.
This is a thank you to the persons responsible for trash pickup today. We are overrun with trash and trash cans overflowing and the sanitation crews are picking it up. We could not be more grateful to the crews and hope this message gets to them. Thank you!
Stopped in the bathrooms during a past visit/meeting and the Covid signage states that there is no vaccine? Should really be updated before misinformation is spread.

This unnecessary, gas station-style light seems far too tall and way too bright for this context of a residential neighborhood. It shines brightly into my second-story bedroom window (see photo) and wakes me during the night. No one living on this intersection wants it here. Bright outdoor light in the summer also disrupts firefly mating, causing their population to decline. Please remove it—or replace with a much shorter, *much dimmer*, insect-friendly, amber-lit lamp post, ideally also befitting a historic neighborhood. Thank you.
