Malfunctioning Traffic Walk Signal. Hasn't gone off/stopped talking since the storms on monday. The signal is at the intersection of 17th street and Fee Lane.

The traffic signal at Kinser Pike & 45/46 Bypass is only allowing about 4-6 cars through going N & S on Kinser. It seems when the signal gets changed for IU games, it often doesn't get changed back correctly.

West bound traffic on Country Club, at the intersection of Rogers, has to wait for invisible cars in the North bound turn lane of the East bound Country Club traffic. This is my 2nd report ( maybe 3rd) for this condition. I'm a regular traveler on Country Club and I see that the turn light gets activated 100% of the time, regardless of cars being present or not. On 10th street going north onto Woodlawn Ave. the button for the crosswalk does not operation.

The housing to the red beacon at Rhorer and Old 37 is broken. There are two large pieces lying somewhat in the intersection. Light is still functioning.

At the intersection of 10th and Union Streets, on the east side of the intersection, the Walk/Don't Walk sign is stuck on the Don't Walk symbol. Even when the light for motorized vehicles changes and when the button is pushed on the pole for the traffic lights, the Don't Walk symbol never goes away.---Thanks very much--Kirk Lundy
