A few minutes ago, a white dump truck without City emblems stopped in front of my house. Two men got out and shoveled the leaves from the drain in front of my house and across the street into the drains. I thought we weren’t supposed to put leaves in the drain. The drain in front of my house is my adopt-a-drain, so it didn't have many leaves but the one across the street had more.
Sidewalk between 3506 and 3508 is broken due to heavy city trucks using easement.
I have called several times over the last 3 years to report a dangerous curb on our street corner. Last summer a young child was injured when they hit the broken curb and fell. Please take care of this soon. The standing water each winter makes it more and more of a hazard as the cement freezes and thaws constantly there. Perhaps you could eliminate the standing water and prevent another deteriorated curb situation in the future. Your quick response would very much be appreciated. Thank you.
A hole has appeared next to the sidewalk by the grass,that goes under the sidewalk. It is about 24" deep and could be dangerous if the sidewalk caved in. It is about 8' in from the corner of University St on Eastside Drive. Could somebody check it please. Thanks
Sewer line Digging in yard has caused large amounts of fresh mud on sidewalk. Ongoing problem of errosion for months
Erosion undercutting sidewalk. Half way between Fenbrook Ct. and S. Baldwin Dr. on the north side of Fields Dr (aka Fenbrook Ln) near the retention pond the sidewalk is undercut and will eventually break. The erosion is on the north edge of the sidewalk.
Dear Madam/Sir, I am writing to report an issue concerning the curb and storm drain located at the southern end of Stratford Dr, in front of our residence (3020 S Stratford Dr, Bloomington IN, 47401). The curb is currently obstructed by leaves, twigs, and organic sediment (as shown in the attached photo), impeding effective drainage during rainfall. As a result, our front yard experiences flooding with every rain shower. We kindly request that the curb and its immediate surroundings be thoroughly cleaned to restore proper drainage functionality. Once this maintenance is completed, we are committed to maintaining the storm drain area to ensure its continued effectiveness. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Walkway that runs west off of the end of Homestead Drive onto IU health office property. There is a drainage cover just off thenorth of the middle of the walkway, and it is regularly completely covered up, which causes flooding of the entire area, including into the IU health parking lot as well as the east end property owner of Homestead Drive. Can someone look into why this is constantly blocked as well as cleaning up the sidewalk which is currently completely covered with debris.

The south end of the sidewalk in phase 2 near the gazebo is sinking. There is at least 20 inches of no dirt below the sidewalk, hence it is sinking. The sidewalk is next to the sewer drain where the earth has disappeared and with all of the water problems we have had recently with water mains, the city needs to come inspect. One city worked thought this drain runs right next to departed neighbor Cassie Howard's condo which then should worry us as the ground beneath her condo also disappeared causing her slab to sink and foundation to go bad. These two problems could be connected and the area below the sidewalk cannot simply be filled in with dirt. It has to be inspected including a city inspection. We need to see why it is all sinking.
