Road construction sign blocking road on High and 2nd Street. The road closure is an additional three blocks later, however the road closed sign takes up a lane and has been causing a barricade, dangerous intersection, and back up with almost two accidents witnessed today. There should be a road closed up ahead past the school drop off area near first Street.

This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). Water main leak - there has been what I believe is a water main leaking on Morningside Dr in Park Ridge East for months. It started leaking into the street this past summer and hasn't been fixed yet. I believe that it has been reported previously. This is a terrible waste of waste.
