Water has been coming out with a yellowish tint for quite some time now. It isn't always like that but the frequency can't be ignored

My water in my bathtub comes out with a rustic color. Not just when I first turn it on but it doesn't stop it's very dark I took samples and have taken pictures. My sink is not that way or the toilet water. I'm assuming it's a water main break but there has been nothing reported about it and it's not just been today. I'm just concerned of what would be in the water.
Water coming through faucets and toilet fills is very dark copper colored.
This apartment complex has some of the nastiest water I have ever tasted. I have travelled to third world countries and this is significantly worse. I would rather die of dehydration than drink a glass of water from this apartment complex. We have taken the liberty to test the water and found extremely high levels of lead and other bad minerals. This forces us to drink only bottled water. When the issue was brought up to management, they laughed in our face and refused to address the problem
Water pressure is low at this location.
We have a loss of water pressure, down about 60%, and wonder if the city is experiencing issues.
On the corner of Cabot Ct. and Sheffield there is some type of water seeping into the road from the corner of the street near a stop sign. Seems like a broken water line.
I noticed tonight that water is really spouting up out of the sidewalk at the southwest corner of Kirkwood & Washington; it appears to be coming from a small iron plate in the sidewalk that looks like the old style in-ground water meter, but it's smaller than those in front of homes. Just FYI.
Low water pressure throughout all lines in the home without identifiable leak or other in home issue
No water since around 2 a.m.
