Owner has made no attempt to dispose of fallen leaves, or any dead yard waste (limbs, flora, broken fence materials, tree logs). The leaves grow and spread fungus and disease. The trees lining the public street and sidewalk, have been affected by this fungus, and have disease and pests.
THe Bton leave collection program, cleaned up High Street, on 12/14/2020, and this property did not have leaves collected into a pile along the curb for collection.

The owners of this residence are continuing to let this building fall into disrepair and are possibly pursuing a "demolition through neglect". There has been substantial improvement to this structure since I moved within view of this building in March of 2013. This has led to the building becoming a public safety hazard for both the Near Westside and Prospect Hill neighborhoods.

We have a neighbor with hoarding issues. They dispose of their garbage by throwing it in the bushes across the street. They have that entire end of the street looking like a dump. The address is 801 Peachtree lane.
