Illegal dumping on CSX Transportation property directly next to B-Line trail. I have contacted the County Solid Waste Department, but they had said they cannot do anything since access would be required on the B-Line trail. Excessive grass growth causing wildlife issues such as overpopulation of rabbits, the ongoing issue of excess deer, and also several parasites such as ticks are living here near the atlas apartment land. I am not sure who owns the land, however they have placed 4 modular homes at the end of the pictured street, and have decided to only mow around the homes specifically, leaving the surrounding land to neglect, affecting the residents of the atlas as well as others. This isn’t an eye sore issue, it is becoming a public safety hazard.

Lots of trash along Adams on both sides of the street from the B-Line trail all the way to Rose Hill Cemetary. I am grateful to see the Brighten B-Town crews picking up trash near Rose Hill Cemetary, but they never seem to venture up Adams towards Crestmont. There is a HUGE abandoned campsite in the woods on the east side of N. Adams - across from where Fountain St. meets Adams. I don't think anyone is living there now, but it is a mess with a lot of needles.

Snow covered sidewalks between Bloom Apartments and the bus stops on Adams and Allen
Starting at the church at Adams & 11th, the church has never cleaned their sidewalks. East on 11th has several addresses that have old snow and ice on the sidewalks.
Yard and weeds overgrown ALL over yard. Out of control and spreading. Submitted ticket earlier with wrong address. correct address is 206 Mission Road West in Bloomington. PLEASE help. Its awful.
