A large 'Envirosac' filled with waste concrete from a sidewalk repair has been sitting for weeks in the tree plot next to the sidewalk at 535 S. Wash. There is also a lot of gravel and other debris still covering the sidewalk in the repair area. It is a safety hazard, as well as making our neighborhood less attractive.

Has not mowed in 6 weeks, overgrowth on our property and all around fence line. Excessive growth around the house and inside the fence. Weeds over 6ft tall. Reported twice last year. In addition, not once cleaned off the sidewalk for snow. I will report this this year as well.

I live in a row of townhouses in the Summit Woods neighborhood. We're serviced by two Rays trash dumpsters in the road behind our houses. They have not been picked up in over two weeks and the trash is piling up in a gross and unhealthy way (contractors and college students are also driving in to dump their trash overnight which is making everything worse). I called Rays this morning and they said they can't service these dumpsters because of the snow. I explained that they hadn't been serviced for a week or more before the storm and they disputed this and said there is nothing they can do to help. Is there anything the city can do to help us? There are a lot of families in our neighborhood with small kids and this has become an ongoing health as well as an eyesore issue for us.

Residence has excessive trash on property. Bins are overflowing onto the sidewalk and driveway and spilling into the street. Loose trash regularly found on Allen Street.

South bound lane,West side of street, going uphill, there is a prominent outward portion of the curbing. It is painted yellow, but now black from repeated contact by vehicle tires. It needs to be rounded off, and move toward the sidewalk. When I struck this prominent angled curb, it resulted in a blowout of my right front tire. The Bland wrecker truck driver said “ Oh, I get lots of business from that curb” so my experience is not unique. Please fix for the nest drivers, and contact me if there are any questions. Excessive overgrowth of plants in mulch beds. There is no room to walk down the sidewalk making this a hazard for anyone handicap.this has been an ongoing issue and was supposed to be resolved the last time a report was issued.
