Due to parked cars on east & west sides of Dodds, it is challenging to see oncoming traffic to turn left or right off of S. Dunn. Especially during rush hour, I’ve had several close calls with oncoming cars. A 4-way stop would be very helpful there. Or limiting parking on Dodds.
It would be great to have a no parking to corner sign here. From a biker's perspective, it is uncomfortable for oncoming traffic/turning traffic, if a car is parked near the stop sign/line.

Our neighbor continues to park on an unimproved surface. We have reported this before and they continue doing this. This photo was taken this morning Saturday October 10, 2020 around 8 am. Truck with license plate TK993NSS is parked in No Parking zone, making it very difficult to see oncoming traffic on Hillside. It has been like this for 24 hours.
ATT and smithville were both doing work in the alley earlier this year. They dug a trench across the alley. They filled it in when done but now the trench is collapsing.
The house across the street from us (209 E Wylie) has a ton of cut down branches that are blocking the sidewalk and road. These branches have been sitting there for over a week now.
The sidewalk on the north side of E. Grimes just east of the intersection with S. Fess is obstructed by some vegetation. It is just about impassable. I saw a pedestrian have to walk into the road today to get around the blockage. Would the City be able to look into this? Thanks!
Sidewalk is blocked from both sides - by a tree on the street side of the sidewalk and a bush on the other side.
