Blocked Sidewalk

- Case Date:

bushes overgrown onto sidewalk
bushes overgrown onto sidewalk
Flag at exit of regents court onto e. Moore's. It's just tied to a hedge.
An area of new sod immediately adjacent to the sidewalk and between the sidewalk and street has collapsed (in some places to a depth of 9 inches) in such a way that it is unsafe for bicyclists or pedestrians who may veer off the sidewalk even very briefly. We believe this sod was laid after the ground was dug for installation of the fiber cable for Gigabit Now. We (University Baptist Church) are not certain of the best agency to contact about the problem, and we are hoping that you will either take care of it or direct us to the correct people to contact. If someone chooses to respond to this concern by phone, please note that we have very limited office hours, but they could leave a voice message. Email is actually best. Thank you! Completely overgrown sidewalk near the raised pedestrian crossing
I submitted Case #180206 on June 5, but Jo Strong mistakenly closed it on June 9, saying "no sidewalk at this location. I gave the location of the owner of the sidewalk, but the sidewalk is on the south side of their property, while their driveway is on the north side. The overgrown sidewalk is on Fields Drive. Jo Strong also said, "Is address correct?", but there was no way for me to respond. Please reopen this case. I attached a photo (although it isn't showing or acknowledged), but the situation has grown worse since I took this photo.
Sidewalk is pretty much completely blocked by vegetation. Students use that sidewalk to reach the bus stops and are forced to walk in the street.
The beginning of road work at E. Moore's Pike and Sare Road has created a very bad interruption to the flow of traffic. I am wondering if there would be a better way of achieving what the work is intending to achieve there. It is just too much disruption.
Most of sidewalk blocked by shrubs
Front yard bushes are overgrown, impeding sidewalk foot traffic.
Sidewalk blocked by overgrowth. When stopped on Smith line of site blocked. There is also an overgrown fire hydrant, possibly to the same address.
