I've noticed sidewalk-users and students having to duck and walk into the street to avoid crowding at this spot on Dunn. The tree overgrowth has made it so anyone over 5 feet tall has to duck to get past.

For last three weeks, a lot of trash & glass has been thrown in rain channel running along sidewalk in fron of the house on corner of N Dunn & 20th, blue siding. We are just down from it & with rain coming some is going to be washed down, not sure about all the glass. Tried to inform rental agency, no reply.

The sidewalk South of Gourley Pike along N. Kinser Pike has a staircase that prevents the use of this route in my power wheelchair.

The management company has not trimmed the thistle/weeds growing along the driveway and sidewalk and they have become unsightly and hazardous.

This is Rebekah Deckard responding to the email on people making it difficult for me to get in vehicles of those who come to pick me up to go places to not only being physically disabled but legally blind. I attempted to reply to the email on there being a parking pad cancaretakers (I have help besides caretakers. Ex: rides to church) not pick me up there. I am certain I stated how all park in the front to the house being on the corner intersecting with two roads it is on a slope/ hill. So the driveway is very difficult for me. When some have parked there (to my front entrance of sidewalk very close to it being blocked basically) the door of the passenger side I am in almost shuts on my leg. I am also 4'10" so this makes things more difficult to most do not have smaller lower sitting vehicles I can just step out of.. in fact sometimes I must use a step stool type device to get into the vehicle. As well as the steps to enter the back pose a risk of my falling. I request others not use the back entrance to the storm door is off balance so it does not close properly. Despite maintenance trying to remedy this. Again, I was certain I stated why I do not use the entrance with the driveway in my original contact. As stated already as well, I tried to reply to the email on thisbonnthe 22. It was returned to me.ni have had medical appointments the past two days so had no time to be online much. The sidewalk crossing the driveway at 1925 N Kinser Pike has been reduced to gravel. This prevents me from using it when in my power wheelchair. This break means I must use another route into town. The only alternative is the pedestrian path toward Arlington School off of Skyline and then returning to Kinser via Parrish. There are problems with this route reported elsewhere
