I'm trying to find out who to contact pertaining to runoff from a new construction site into the nearby neighborhood waterway on the west side of Bloomington. My concern is that the construction barrier broke during the big storm in July, causing muddy clayish water to spill out into the road and backup the drains. That water has now made its way into the creek that flows thru Orchard Glen Co-op and meets up with the one along the Karst Farm Greenway. Due to the amount of mud, i believe someone needs to inspect it to make sure it's not a threat to the habitat or karst system there.

Kingston Manor Apartments trash site: Pooling water an issue, Mosquito hazard present as well as unsanitary. A real eyesore with pooling water and broken fence. This apartment management needs to correct this issue that has been ongoing for years. If the trash trucks cause the pooling, then correct the pavement and repair the fence.

We had to move due to our rental, not having heat or running water. The hot water heater went out, as well as the heater. Landlord refused to fix. The landlord was notified, and the response was for us to fix it.

Re reports #187256 and #187257, these were closed as “city does not maintain county lot”. Okay, but now the Monroe County does not have to abide by city laws when they are located in city limits? This is cause for concern as the excessive dirt and debris cause damage which those laws in place are made to prevent. As well, it also gets washed into the storm system which is a huge concern! So it is okay for the County to have street signage lodged in a stormwater grate right near the southeast corner of the parking lot? This hurts the flow of water and again has impacts on the stormwater system.

Attn Barry Collins, hello, this is Robyn Griffith and I want to report Jessica Morrow, Doug Klyn, Morgan Gilreath and James Tussey for manufacturing meth on my property without my knowledge and pouring it down my toilet, breaking my new outside gas line, feeding me chili with worm vot and feces and theft of my US Air pay card and funds and Ernie Wright having my water turned off refusing reconnect all by criminal gang techniques. Reed Ct is a lake due to leaf-clogged drain. About 8 inches of standing water, 120 feet length of road and entire width
