Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. There is ABSOLUTELY no way we used this much water in a month. This is a 1100% increase month-to-month in our bill from January to February. Our meter has to be reading wrong!

My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. This is more than a 1,000% increase in charges from last month. I want this to be looked at as soon as possible and closely please!

Since late last year, I've noticed water coming out of the ground here, flowing across the multi-use path, and into the street. When the temperature dropped below freezing, this produced a considerably large layer of ice across the path. I don't know if this water is coming from the homeowner's property or from a leaking waterline, but I think someone should take a look at it.

Hi, I noticed that there is a lot of water seeping from the water meter area of my neighbor's yard. His address is 1200 E Prairie Drive, in the Fairwood Terrace subdivision off Old 37 North, near the fire station. The meter is located near the Fairwood Drive side of his yard. He doesn't go outside much so probably hasn't noticed it. I think there may be a leak or something so I thought I should report it.

In the 1300 block of W 6th Street, the culvert where the open ditch goes under the North side of W 6th Street is nearly closed by debris, limbs, trash and a tire. The water is backed up. When it gets warmer it will be a prime mosquito breeding site and public health nuisance. This open ditch re-emerges near Kleindorfer's Hardware, goes around the auto body shop and under 3rd Street between that shop and Hinkle's Hamburgers. Litter, trash, plastic wrap & etc line the banks of this ditch and are no doubt being washed into the watershed. Shouldn't these businesses be required to send an employee out there periodically to clean up this trash?

First of all, thank you for filling in all the potholes I have mentioned to you over the past weeks. I must say that maybe there is a misunderstanding re # 163413. I don't see any water valve there and the pothole is still the same: intersection of Jordan and Sheridan. Not far from there is another pothole: on S Eastside Drive, where it intersects with First Street. Also, there is a utility cut in front of 1800 E Second, that is getting deeper by the day.
