I appreciate you mowing so quickly after I called to mow. There is still overgrowth there. Furthermore, I have seen people coming in and out of the empty building that used to be the red cross. I don't think they are supposed to be there. Can you post a sign that says no trespassing? They broke a window within the last week to get in.

My recycling and paper recycling was not picked up today. I called twice, both times before dept. closed. First time, at about 11:46 or noon got a man, very nice; second time at 1:50 an answering machine. I'm told recycling is closed on Friday. For how long must I leave these two containers out for pickup? I finally called the Mayor's office, and Elizabeth filed a U-report. Naturally she was nice and very prompt in helping me.

I work at Wininger Construction at 1605 S Walnut. Neighbor two houses south has lots of trash in back, including stolen shopping carts. Also, due to the amount of foot traffic into that home, I suspect potential drug activity. You may use the Wininger parking lot in back, to view the trash at that house. (Enter our parking lot from Southern Drive. Our office driveway on Walnut is very steep). We reported this house a year or so ago, and I think these are different tenants, but the trash is piling up again. Not a good first impression on folks patronizing our business, and appears to be a health hazard for the neighborhood.

Oakdale Square has significantly cut back on maintenance activities, including lawncare, although they have continued to raise rates. Current grass height exceeds 8 inches, even 12 inches, in many locations and encumbers quiet enjoyment of lawns and common areas. Leasing office is aware, but they have reduced the frequency of regular lawncare.

Hello! I am a representative of the Bloomington Highlands HOA, and it has been a concern of many neighbors in our neighborhood that people are parking along our streets to access the Clear Creek trail. It is especially problematic at the entrance to our neighborhood along W. Hennessey St. and up S. McDougal St. Could Parks and Rec post signage along the trail and within our neighborhood explaining that parking is permitted at the trail entrance and not within our neighborhood? I am a neighbor of this address. Twice in the past year, the two dogs who live at this property have been in the street and charged me and my dog. On another occasion, one of the dogs charged the property's fence and attempted to bite me by reaching *over* the fence. I have reported two of these instances to Animal Control. The last time (when the dog attempt to bite over the fence), the Animal Control officer told me that he had explained to the owners that their fence violates zoning by being too close to the sidewalk, and that the owners had expressed an intention to remove the fence in the front and keep the dogs in the back. However, I have heard, "We keep the dogs in the back" multiple times, when that is not true. The Animal Control Officer suggested that I could contact the city's zoning office, to have the fencing issue in the front yard addressed. I cannot find a way to contact Zoning specifically, so I am submitting the request here. FWIW, other people have had encounters with these dogs, though I don't know if they have reported it. Thank you.
