Taste of the water (direct from tap and also via Brita filter) is unappealing. Definitely not the same taste as our usual tap water. Clarity and smell is fine- this is purely a taste issue. But it is creating difficulties in maintaining hydration in our two children because they cannot handle the poor taste.
Water taste is still an issue - still undrinkable
There appears to be a broken water main because water has been rising to the surface on my property the past 5 days. My front north sidewalk (photo attached), east sidewalk, and south concrete garage floor have been soaked for the past 5 days. My basement is dry and no pipes are leaking in my house. the website for paying the water bill is not working
we have no water . pipes coming into the house is not frozen or broke
Note: prior complaint was filed under a different address by the system ("402"). The case number for that was #186916 (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=186916) The response then that the hole is for rain water is nonsensical. If people kept the lids closed, what little rain we get would not enter the dumpster. Also, no other dumpsters in the neighborhood have such holes and an associated rat problem.
Water running out of ground for a week.
One of the houses near us pumps their water on to the street as well as Alice street, creating ice and slush. At least five cars have gotten stuck on the street in the past two days.
Project to fix a problem for someone else created a problem for us - water draining poorly creating a muddy mess.
