Just today, I noticed a 4, maybe 5 year old ridding his/her bike down 10th St., and the parents walking along seemed 'forced' to help child off bike, then "lift" bike onto sidewalk. As I use a walker, and to gain access to the BT 'stop'. I feel it best someone contact the BHA (Barrington Homeowners Association and enforce city laws of/for which they claimed to be "exempt" from, although I very much disagree. I consider this/them to be a well justified part of the City of Bloomington. IF asked/requested, I will take a picture of possible curb-cut or ramp sites.
The cover of our water meter on the sidewalk is loose and poses a risk for tripping, strollers, wheelchairs etc
New BRU burger building has multiple downspouts that drain directly onto the Grant Street sidewalk. I don't believe this is allowed with new construction?
but there’s a large dead deer just east of 1906 S Hillside Drive, Bloomington, IN 47401, on the south side of the road, lying partially on the sidewalk. It’s summer; I walk past there often to take the bus; it’ll be horrible very soon…

The north side of 13th Street between Indiana and Fess has an old limestone masonry sidewalk, maybe from the 1950s (?) It is interesting for historic reasons - it looks like it matches the sidewalks that flank Lincoln between 10th and Cottage Grove - but parts of it have degraded to a point that it is now a bit awkward to walk on it, especially at night. (It is definitely not ADA-complaint.) Is there an office in town dedicated to historic preservation that could commission a team of masons to redo this sidewalk? There is a concrete sidewalk just east of this block that appears to match the pattern, but it is poured concrete with pattern-pressed and actually looks a little comical, as if it is trying to be something that it is not. Also, a side note: there is no sidewalk on the south side of 13th Street in this block. If there were one there (especially ADA-compliant), people could more safely walk from campus to "The Standard" along that street.

I've noticed a lot of people walking from the apartment complex out to the main road on this street and I wanted to send a report to see if someone could either trim the foliage to ensure people can walk on the side of the road or if a sidewalk could be created down South Oakdale Drive to protect pedestrians. The HVAC system by the northernmost entrance of the Showers Building is painfully loud. I hope a fix is being prioritized, because even from the sidewalk, it's extremely bothersome. Many concerns by County field staff who frequently use that entrance. Thank you!
