Hello, I am checking to see if any pot hole and or improvements are scheduled for Weimer Rd connecting Tapp with 2nd St. This road is getting extremely rough and eroding away I believe somewhat due to the winter and the additional traffic that is traveling due to the construction work that is happening all around the area. Please contact via email or phone. I am the Office Manager for World Wide Automotive and have heard various complaints from our customers and also have personal experience traveling this that it is in need of repairs. Appears to be an abandoned vehicle parked at the end of East Canada Drive near the High Grove Apartments. Vehicle has not moved since Monday and it is obstructing sight lines and traffic. Who maintains this road way? We were told it was the city after they made Sare Rd office remove their no parking signs.

Multiple times graffiti has been applied to this structure over the past year. Trash and debris has accumulated on this property site from trespassers, with a drive that is in decay. Please notify the property owner/(s) that he/she may want to not only clean the area but also drive post into the perimeter and block parking to prevent any unsightly mess trespassers leave behind.

We are located at 2909 E Buick Cadillac Blvd. - Dr. J. Blue Davis's dental office. The property adjoining ours appears to have been abandoned and we are noticing that the landscape is becoming overgrown with plants, grasses and weeds. Also, the fence is the back of the property is beginning to fall down. Is there anything that the City can do to keep this property from becoming an eyesore for the other businesses on our street.

Recently there were workers that were putting some kind of wires underground. Now we have several street lights out. Three of them are ours but one is a city light post by the city bus line sign. I'm not sure if this was caused by the workers.

Hello, I am re-developing the property @ 3000 South Walnut. The location is where the former Southern Winds Hotel and Roosters club were located. The property at the beginning a workout facility and a chiropractors office. AS you pull out from the property and are going to turn left (North) and cross traffic, there are two trees located to the north on the side of the road. When cars are coming South and I am turning to the North, it is difficult to see whats coming and that is where the speed limit changes from 30 to 40mph, which is the place many seems to start speeding up. We will have more traffic than ever entering and leaving the property right from the beginning and even more as the property continues to be redeveloped overtime after the initial building and business's are active. A stop light right around there of course would be superb for the property but probably could never happen due to the traffic that occur that comes over the hill when people are traveling South down South Walnut. With that in mind I was hoping the two large trees could be taken down so it is much safer at that point because of the visibility that would open up. One tree is directly in from of the property and the other is directly in front on an older apartment complex that has around 10 apartments in it, it looks like. Would this be possible? Or maybe we could plant a couple new tress which would be much smaller and take several years to grow out? Of course that problem would show up again several years from now but it would take care of it presently for sevevral years. I am just worried about such a great new area being redeveloped for the area and future to have potential traffic issues with people being able to see when pulling out of the property.
