Responded... Hi Nick. First of all, thanks for submitting this uReport. The more folks that say something about it, the better. Second, I know this person and his mother is actually the chair of the Council for Community Accessibility. While neither have directly complained about this issue it has been on our radar as other people have seen him try to navigate that stretch of Smith Road. So I went out and did a full survey from 3rd to 10th Streets and reported every issue along that route. Then I participated in a discussion about it with the Engineering and Planning. It's not so easy to address this one because it's very narrow and can't be widened. It would also be fairly costly to do the whole route. But we have placed it on the sidewalk priority list that was submitted to Planning departments for their next round of sidewalk construction. We won't know how that very limited budget gets spent for a while, but sure hope it includes addressing this one. So that's where we stand on it. Fingers are crossed! Large stones have fallen off adjacent wall and are blocking sidewalk. Thank you. There is no contact person, address, or even photo. Not sure what to do with this one but to close it???

Switchyard park is supposed to be open until 11 pm. Everyday there are no lights on in the skatepark after dark. It is currently 7:17 pm with no lights, this could be a serious danger to the riders. Please fix this issue it would make a huge difference!

The crosswalk on the southeast corner of Woodlawn and 10th is not functioning properly. When you press to walk, the signal replies to "Wait," but when the crossing is safe to walk, the signal only makes an odd, mechanical noise with no indication that it is safe to cross.

Sidewalk on east side of Rogers between 3rd and 4th, in front of outlet store, is often blocked by cars. Customers park on the sidewalk, meaning pedestrians have to walk on the busy street or cross the street.

4007 E Bennington Blvd. There are always 4 cars in the driveway - blocking the sidewalk

Kilroys blocking sidewalk. Maybe 20” clear. This has happened multiple times before. Fine them. Let me know what happens. 4/4/24 : Added a dividing line to the sidewalk and notifed KOK staff. Nothing should cross over the line. Line will be managed by COB.
