The vehicle sensors on Clarizz don't seem to be detecting correctly. I have set at that intersection, and the traffic signals take a long time to change, even if there's no traffic on 3rd Street. Wasn't sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not.
The stop sign at the corner of S Heritage Rd and E Morningside Dr is very faded.
I have speeding cars using my street (East Park Lane) as a shortcut from/to Smith Rd to 3rd St/Pete Ellis. This will only get worse when the new IU hospital opens. We have new families with children walking and biking this street. There isn't a sidewalk and this isn't about the amount of traffic. It is a road psychology issue. An example: delivery and lawn-care trucks w/trailers use out street to avoid the speedbumps on Morningside and Longview. Thank you for your attention.
"Head start" for pedestrians. Use the NYC trick, give walkers a 7 second head start before turning the light green. This intersection, the one on the bypass and 10th, and the Kirkwood Walnut crosswalk are just 3 places drivers ignore pedestrians as they only look at cars so they can make right turns. Please. Looks like the trash pick-up missed our cul-de-sac in Park Ridge East. Trash still in container and myself and numerous neighbors still have gray trash cans out.
Tenant recycles for a living, but he stores stuff all over his front and side yards. He also relocates bicycles and scooters. It detracts from the beauty of the neighborhood.
N. Smith and E. Morningside - House at NE quadrant of section has had cans out several days past pick-up now.
3901 E Morningside. Already reported to somewhere on ureport a trailer parked on the grass for weeks now, but trash is also now being horded along N Smith by this home. Unfortunately not a first time issue. Thank you.
