The four trees flanking the crosswalk in front of Chipotle look like they're struggling. If they're not watered regularly, seems like rain may not be enough to sustain them.

I live at 117 S. Heritage Rd. Now think it back, what a horrible experience. According to the rules, the one back up from their driveway supposed to yell to the on going traffic. That’s why those cars right in my back. They didn’t know I can’t see them, and they feel it’s their right to go forward. Oh, my goodness, the loud breaking car really saved my live. Everyone knows there’s blind spot between two driving vehicles, now I realized there’s blind spot when vehicles legally parked on the public street. I do need thanks God to saved my life, and Hope this horrible experience will let people rethink about the legal parking rules to prevent unnecessary damages in the future.
Walk light at 3rd and eagleson. Is not functioning. Northeast to southeast walk light does not come on.
The bump out curbs are a hazard to vehicles because they are not well marked in advance of approach. Vehicles are flattening tires and could cause a hazard to pedestrians from loss of control of the vehicle.
117 S. Heritage again, forgot to tell you the people park behind the vehicle sees no car from the north side, starts to move and when they came to the street, big surprise for them to see me back up that’s why I heard the loud break. So lucky I didn’t get hit or any damage. Thanks God!
117 S Heritage Rd again. The mystery solved. This afternoon a friend visited, I was trining to guide him out of my driveway by standing at the edge. No car in sight, I signed him come out, suddenly there’s a car approaching from back of the parking vehicle, no wonder it comes so quickly. People in the car stop behind the vehicle to yell, wait for their turn. I live in my house since 1990. The red BMW and other things never be moved for more than 10 years. It’s not park there, it’s storages there.
The alley next to the 1104 N Grant house (sits at the corner of 15th and Grant) is half blocked by broken down cars. We have a driveway to our home that is only accessible by this alley. Our standard size cars have issues coming in and out of this alley. Please help. THANK YOU!
Trash from what looks like clear out of tenants from the house. The rugs have been rained on several times. Also the tree that is over growing on the sidewalk has still not been addressed.
This is the second time I've reported this. Earlier in the year it looked like they were using plastic containers to start seeds in the front, now it's just become junk and they are not mowing.
I live at 117 S. Heritage Rd. It happened again, I looked right and left, no cars. When I backed up into the street, there’s a car right behind me. Of course I can only see the very small conner of 3rd street, nothing behind neighbor’s car. This is very stressful for me. I have to say, Park Ridge has the best driveway in town. Can easily fit in two cars at least if it’s used for vehicles parking only. If most of the driveway used for storage and create the hazardous for other people, it’s an inconsiderable sin.
