Smith road on both sides from 10th to 3rd is almost entirely unshoveled including the crosswalks. Children had to walk in the street to get to school.
The sidewalks along shamrock pointe apartments have not been shoveled as of January 29. The bus stop is fully inaccessible
Third Street and Atwater were completely uncleared on Wednesday at 5:30 PM. This is a disgrace
Unbelievable! The walk to the Alpha Phi front door was nicely shoveled and sprinkled with salt, but both of the walks along Third Street and Atwater were completely uncleared. Other houses are the same--please fine and force these sororities and fraternities to follow the law.
The entire sidewalk in front of La Charreada Restaurant was never shoveled. Photo taken 2026 Jan 29 – 9:25 AM
All spot blocked by snow, kids and parents parking in the street blocking traffic. Extremely dangerous situation. Sad situation putting kids in danger
The entire sidewalk in front of the Vivo Apartments was never shoveled. On Monday afternoon (three days ago), I observed THREE members of the Vivo grounds crew, as they cleared the Vivo parking lot and entrances to the building. They could have easily cleared the public sidewalk too, but they did not. This is not the first time this winter for Vivo to ignore the requirement to clear sidewalks. (See Case #207219 from December 16.) Therefore, I request that you give them NO WARNING; just fine them. Photo taken 2026 Jan 29 – 9:24 AM
Snow and Ice on west side of Convenator and College Mall. West bound Convenator lane is totally blocked with snow. If the East bound left turn lane is occupied, you are unable to turn right from College Mall to Convenator. This is very hazardous.
Home has been abandoned for years and has had windows / doors opened sometimes for months at a time. Actively smells when it is hot out. Trash in the backyard and overgrown foliage around the property which has led to an excess of pests.
