Dear Whom it may concern,
I realized that there are several kids (middle schoolers or six-graders) are driving crazy with dirt e-motorbike on the streets and park trails. These motor-bike's speeds are definitely over 30 mph sometimes, and I am sure that these kids doesn't have driver's licenses. They don't show any respect on the traffic rule because they don't know the rules. Once I see that one kid drove this motorbike at the school zone (Childs elementary school) around 3:50 pm when school kids are getting out. They are not just racing but do some stunt in front of all kids showing off. I see many times that they are literally racing on the Jackson Creek trail shouting "get out of the way" to pedestrians. I reported this several times to 911, but nothing changes. Please take some actions (impose fines and warnings to their parents) before somebody dies or serious hurt. It is just a matter of time. Please take this seriously and immediate actions. I can provide videos if the police wants to identify these kids. PLEASE.

Dear Whom it may concern,
I have a question related to my previous report (https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=214067). I saw that many kids drive dirt e-motorbikes threatening pedestrians on the park road. Is it legal for them to drive those motorized vehicles on the park trails? Currently, park regulation prohibit any motorized vehicles on the park trails. I think that they are definitely motorized vehicles because they are not e-bicycle with pedals. Therefore those e-motorbikes are not allowed on park trails under current rules. Am I right? I am wondering why city is not taking action (such as impose fines or warning etc.) for this serious violation. You should see how these kids are threatening pedestrians and stunting on the trails and streets. They are just literally racing in the jackson creek trail shouting "get out of the way" to the pedestrians. I reported this to 911 since last year three times. How long we should wait? It is a matter of time before somebody, either one of those kids or pedestrians, get seriously injured or worse. Please put the police officer on the trail between 4-7 pm. If the police wants to identify them, I have the video of these kids. PLEASE take this seriously.
Thanks.

Many young people (most approx 10-14 years old) ride motorized bikes at high speeds along the trails at Olcott Park and Rogers family park. They also ride up and down The Stands Drive, often in the middle of the road. It is very dangerous, not only to them but certainly to pedestrians on the trails. I don't think they realize the danger of the blind curves and how fast they are really going. I'm not sure what a realistic answer is... I want kids to be able to get places independently and be outside with their friends, but maybe a "speed limit" if they are allowed on trails at all, as well as a campaign to educate parents and children about why it is important and just how dangerous it is. (Even pedal bikes can feel dangerous around the curves sometimes, but hopefully most adult bikers are aware of the dangers.) If they really need to use the trails for safe transportation at a slow speed that's one thing, but just to be riding fast for fun down the trails is extremely dangerous! I'm not sure how that would be enforced, and if it can't be then they probably shouldn't be allowed on them at all. Thank you for your help in keeping the trails safe for everyone to use!

There is a car parked on the street at this address that hasn't moved in weeks. It looks like it's been in some kind of accident and has no license plate on it. I know this can make it difficult for sanitation/recycle trucks to navigate through and reach bins ... plus, it's becoming an eyesore that the neighborhood is now complaining about.

At intersection of 6th and n college ave, planter filled in with concrete. What is this? Does council and OOTM know about this? This is so unsightly and not in the spirit of our downtown. This needs rectified.
