The alley behind the Von Lee- our place of business and client entry way is in terrible shape- it seems bad enough that the park is overflowing with the homeless situation/loitering and then the alley is like walking on the moon. Always parking on the grass. Looks like it is over-occupied this summer! Also park immediately to the west in the alley on the grass as well.
Looks like a towing company is storing damaged vehicles on the bare ground. There isn't any type of gravel, or paving. I'm concerned about the environmental impact this is having in the area. Its extremely unsanitary. Where is the drainage going? It looks like a junk yard.
