Traveling eastbound on W Country Club / E Winslow Rd, the green light for the right turn lane is out. Yellow appears to be working, pretty sure red is working as well.

Sidewalk regularly blocked as vehicles do not fit within the driveway. Walkers need to walk in the grass or street to get around vehicles blocking the sidewalk. Additionally, vehicles parked in the grass to the west of the paved parking area.
