My neighbor has great Danes that she lets defecate along the sidewalk on the grassy area down Monroe street and in the grassy field between her house at 643 Monroe Street and 11th Street. She does not pick up her dogs feces and it's becoming a health hazard.
The intersection of Smith road and 10th Street has heavy traffic, especially in the morning and during the rush hour. The fact that there is university elementary school nearby the intersection makes the traffic heavier at times. However, the intersection is controlled only by one way stop sign. The fact that around the intersection the road on the 10th Street curves makes the traffic coming from Smith road challenging to turn on the 10th street. I strongly recommend putting traffic lights on that intersection to avoid accidents and relax the traffic around the intersection.
There is almost always a truck blocking one lane or another around this area in the a.m., but this is a bit ridiculous — two at once taking up most of both lanes with just enough space for a car to squeeze through. This was about 8 a.m. on 3/21/23. One of the drivers lost control of a keg and it rolled across the street, too. (Apologies for poor quality, this was taken quickly while stopped at the stop sign. I waited there while he got control of the runaway keg.)

Poison hemlock is on the corner and along the road of the NE corner of N state Hwy 37 and N Old State Rd 37. The nearby property 3805 N Old State Rd 37. also will have some on their side.
Misc. debris scattered mostly in back yard. Non compliance with mowing ordinance. Also property to east of 908 N. Madison blocking alley and trash and debris in yard.
I own the property located at 1005 N. Jackson St, 47404. Shortly after purchasing the property the house next door burned down. We felt very fortunate that our house was not damaged. The house was demolished, however, shortly after demolishing the house someone has set up a tent on the lot and multiple people have been seen using the tent. There is trash surrounding the tent. Though we have not seen a fire there is what appears to be a makeshift fire pit. We use this property as a short term rental and it has the proper permits. I am personally concerned about the safety of my wife who spends some of her days working on improvements within the property. Obviously concerned about the impact on our ability to rent the home with the above described situation. I'm not sure what can be done but after reviewing the code it does not seem like this fits the intended use of the property. I am also empathetic to the rise of homelessness in our community, but this is a residential neighborhood and for the safety of all community members something should be done. We dodged a serious issue when the house burnt down and worry we may not be so lucky if something happens again. Thanks for your attention to this matter, please reach out with any questions. I'm a physically disabled and legally blind single woman on own who gets help regularly from caretakers, others. They oftentimes take m places as well. I have mobility issues not only to my vision but also to my varied forms of arthritis so it is diffu for me to walk. Though I have a driveway in the back of my rental house to it being on a hill with steps to access the driveway my caretakers, others who help me park in the front to make it easier for me. I'm aware it is city street parking but others have continually parked very close to my house in the front making it very difficult for my help to park to be accessible for me to enter their vehicles. There is a sewer drain that the help often have to park on in order to park in front of my house. I have contacted the off site management on the matters they are going to do nothing to is city streets unfortunately. Thank you very much
Lime scooters have been thrown on the edge of my property and have been left there for over a week. I would like someone to come remove them. I am 80 years old and I try to take care of my property but I cannot move them myself. They should only be allowed to be parked on public property, not private property.
