I live at 1602 South Renwick Blvd. The house north of me on the corner of Cathcart and Renwick Blvd is mostly finished from the outside. The yard is overgrown with tall weeds. Nothing has been done since everything began to grow in the spring. The vacant lots are kept mowed. There is also significant silt runoff into the street drains. There are pile of red mud that are being washed down the sewer drains in rivers every time it rains.

The city blocked some section of the road off (presumably to slow traffic). Now there is just yard waste and old hay bails left in them. It looks trashy.

A residential Parking Sign is improperly inserted into the ground causing it to be slanted at a 30 degree angle. This is almost blocking my driveway and causing the roof of my car to scratch it. Can you please re-dig this sign in the ground so that it's' straight? The sign itself is not damaged, it's just not properly inserted into the ground. Thanks. Kent Rerko 910 S. Manor Rd. The address is 1000 S Lincoln. This is the Allen Street side, with sidewalk, Greenway bump, and even the street block by leaves and walnut branches.

A lot of random junk, trash, and rundown vehicles scattered through driveway, lawn and side of property. There are also many piles of feces scattered through the lawn, contributing to the health concern of the unnecessary build up of trash and junk. Stray cats appear to be living in the junk and vehicles. Trash blows from this yard into neighboring properties and all of the junk creates a massive eyesore for surrounding homeowners. It appears the property owner also stores a trailer and additional vehicle in the street due to the inability to fit any more vehicles into the driveway. The negligence of this homeowner is creating an unhealthy and ugly problem for the entire neighborhood. Something needs to be done about this immediately.

There is a large piece of metal at the intersection of 2nd and Rogers (presumably covering up a pothole or other road issue). However, it is in the line of traffic and creates an extremely loud noise every time a vehicle drives over it making it difficult for anyone living in the general vicinity to sleep. Perhaps a different methodology could be used until the necessary road repairs are completed?
