I am a Certified Arborist through the I.S.A. While inspecting trees for Dr. John Labbon today at 2736 E. Brig's Bend I noticed that the city Maple tree to the right of the driveway entrance has co-dominant leaders. The 2 leads are already splitting and the smaller lead will fall onto the city sidewalk where a person walked by while I was doing the tree inspection. Dr. Labbon would like the tree removed. damaged roll curb and potholes along Silver Creek Drive near 2740 Silver Creek Drive and 2743 Silver Creek Drive. Two homeowners have fallen in this area in the last few months.

There are two areas of the roll curb which are crumbling. Two other areas were repaired about two weeks ago, and these two were not. Also, there was an orange cone left behind by the crew who did that work. Could they please come back and repair the others? They are on Silver Creek Drive. Thank you!
