The traffic light is longer for the traffic on Adam’s Street vs the traffic on 2nd Street causing a back up all. The timing should be flipped so the green light is longer for the traffic on 2nd Street.
Light #99 on B-line trail is out. Most of the lights along the west side of Kroger are out, but this is important for the number of individuals crossing 2nd on the B-line. I hope they are not all in series!
There’s a lot of overgrowth on Rogers at Second, on the southwest corner, adjacent to the location of the old hospital. It’s hard to get a stroller past and I think it would be harder for a person who uses a wheelchair. Doesn’t the city own that? Please fix. Thanks.

The walking bridge on Second Street between Rose Ave and Anita was damaged by a fallen tree about a month ago and has been closed since then. To walk to work, I have to invade a neighbor's privacy by walking through her yard. I have noticed quite a few people (including an elderly one today) walking on the street, which is very tight traffic-wise. Does the city have plans to fix it? A second concern is one I've asked about several times over the years. Since I've heard about the plan to reconfigure the bike lanes on 3rd Street beginning on Rose, is it possible to put a crosswalk there (across 3rd on Rose). I have found this also to be a hazardous place to navigate on my walk to work in the IU School of Education on North Rose Ave. Many thanks for your attention to both questions! College Mall Rd and Buick Cadillac Blvd traffic light isn't working properly. It cycles red on College Mall Rd when there are no cars waiting on Buick Cadillac Blvd or in the apartment complex parking lot. And it take 3-4 minutes to turn green when you're waiting at the red on Buick Cadillac Blvd.
My Landlord has failed to shovel the walkways on this property as well as the street in front causing a hazard for the Postal worker and anyone else. I am not sure if the picture above comes through. Please advise.
The street light at Rogers and Kirkwood has been horrible since they did construction last year (or whenever it was, I don't know how long ago). It takes forever to change, always turns out the green turn left turn light even if no one is turning. It makes me avoid the light and drive through the neighborhood, which I'm sure is frustrating to people in the neighborhood as I can't be the only one doing that. Combined with the no (right) turn on red at this light, it's extremely frustrating, especially at night when no one is around. Thank you.
