Graffiti is out of control. need vigilant quick cleanup to prompt this to stop. Mostly on public signs etc. But all over makes driving in this neighborhood seem like you're in ghetto.

Scooters parked restricting the sidewalk to less than 36 inches in front of Kilroy’s. Both Veo and lime.
