Trash is strewn along the street, alleyway, caught in the trees and bushes of 1110 N Lincoln, trapped under cars and generally everywhere. Have attempted it to clean it up but continues to appear. It is unsanitary and attracting pests and rodents.

The alley to the west of 1022 and 1024 W 7th is highy degraded and a danger to cars and traffic. It is so uneven that it's a danger to pedestrians as well. I am trying to upload an image here but the site doesn't seem to be accepting it.
Excessive garbage on property. Resident stole my trash can while I was out of town. He filled it full of garbage and tried to hide it behind a cardboard box.
