Several trees on the east side of property, inside Winslow Woods, are dead and potentially could cause damage to my deck and house. The trees are all on city property and need to be removed as soon as possible. This last wind storm a dead tree fell and many others are certain to come down soon. Coming from E Second the STOP sign at the corner of High and Southdowns takes you by surprise because the shrubs on the right side of the street are sticking out quite far. Maybe they can be trimmed?
At the intersection of Patterson and S Rogers, the street markings are so worn down that I don't know which lane I am supposed to be in. Can they be refreshed? Thanks.

N Smith bike lanes skinny. Can we get protective barrier? Live close but too unsafe for neighborhood kids to bike to the school. Is sad.

The Blgtn Utilities payment website has been inaccessible all week. Signing in leads to a 'runtime error' announcement page. -- I regularly pay my bill online but was happy that a very nice lady at the UtlisDept took my payment over the phone. But please see to the website? Thank you very much. stv
