When I am trying to sign-in as a first time user, the retype email (for confirmation) did not match with the email address in the above line. I tried thrice with my three different emails and it gives me the same error message that the two email addresses don't match. I wanted to register for the Youth Program due 6/27 but am unable.Please help.

For HAND: this is my annual complaint about the shrubs in front of 401 S High Street. They are starting to encroach on the sidewalk again so that it will be hard for someone with a stroller to pass that part of the sidewalk. And once someone is in the neighborhood, they may want to check out the south-west corner of the Second and High Street intersection. Weeds are starting to creep up the sidewalk there as well. I've looked at the water reports, and although I see carbon, which obviously indicates alkalinity, there's no mention of calcium, magnesium or no mention of pH. Can you help us? Thanks so much.
