Traffic light timing should be changed. Traffic backs up both north and sounth bound at this intersection, which then secondarily backs up more traffic at 3rd and the bypass. This particular intersection should much more heavily favor north/south bound traffic. Thank you for consideration.
Signal at 2800 S Buick Cadillac Dr & 800 S College Mall Rd needs to be RE-PROGRAMMED. I've waited early mornings on College Mall Rd for nearly a minute or more for absolutely no traffic on Buick Cadillac. Even during daylight traffic stopped in College Mall Rd seems too long waiting for no traffic exiting out of Buick Cadillac or the Apts on west side.

There was a vehicle accident over a week ago which damaged the ditch and threw debris and ditch stone along Smith Road. The area is located 2 blocks south of 3rd St on Smith Rd.
This home has had a pile of scrap and debris sitting in its front yard for about two weeks. I also don't think that I ever saw an orange sign in a window, indicating that they have a permit for the construction going on there. Thank you.
On behalf of myself and concerned neighbors, we request the inclusion of a stop sign at High St. and Greenbriar Lane. This is an area of fast moving traffic despite the fact that it is also a crosswalk for school children and there are numerous children walking in the area. There are numerous stop signs along High St. up until this point so the lack of a stop sign at this particular intersection is a dangerous anomaly. If you could please implement one here, it would be much appreciated by the various surrounding neighborhoods. Thank you.
