Large pile of furniture at the corner of the house. I saw a skunk run into the pile already. The furniture includes soft items like mattresses that have been in the yard for several months getting rained on.

Just curious what the city's policy is regarding abandoned vehicles. This vehicle had been sitting in the front yard for over a year now and has not moved. There are small children living in the home and they use it as some sort of playground equipment. Myself, and other neighbors are tired of looking at it. Can anything be done to have them remove it? This is my property. The culvert in the utility easement on the side of my house is flooded, causing my side yard, back yard, and garage to flood. The inlet pipe appears to be plugged. The culvert is full of road sand and vegetation, which may be the issue. There is a fence around the side yard, but there is an 11 foot gate to allow entry.
