There is no sidewalk that connects the bypass to campus streets. Almost daily there are people walking in the roadway on 17th Street between the Bypass and David Baker.

I'm not sure who's responsible for this bank of lights on a high pole near the railroad underpass on East 10th St. Could it be shielded so that it lights whatever needs to be lit without being such an eyesore? It's very glaring, and the bulbs face outward (sideways) rather than downward.
Sidewalk along Landmark has no curb ramp on one end for wheelchairs and power chairs to get on and off. And on the other end which was just redone really has no curb ramp either. You might be able to drive an RC car on it that how narrow the flat spot is. You cant drive a chair up on it because its not flat. People in wheelchairs and Powerchairs are avoiding this and going the wrong way down the street towards 3rd in a blind curve. Its only a matter of time before a car rounds that blind curve to find a wheel chair user in the lane also heading towards them. We just had a girl stuck out there today trying to get on the sidewalk but couldn't. Somebody is gonna get hit. Please let us know how we can help you help this matter. Best Wishes, Kevin. URGENT: Really bad taste of water over the past week. The water smells very bad. Please fix this issue ASAP. We’re not sure if it is safe to drink anymore.
The sidewalk has a severe depression that collects rain (and ice in the winter), often to a depth of 3 or 4 inches. The problem started last year immediately after the area was reconstructed with new grass on either side. Someone did not think about the consequences of building grass higher than the level of a sidewalk that is not level.
This trail is still covered in ice and inaccessible for walking or biking.

Over the hill behind the apartment complex in the wooded area there is an abandoned campsite that needs to be cleaned out. There are needles all over the ground. The trash and an old tent have been removed but not the needles.
