I am the President of the Eastern Height Neighborhood Association and our community has been in desperate need for sidewalks along 10th Street from E Etter Drive through to Grandview neighborhood, as well as crosswalks to University Elementary School. The Grandview, Park Ridge East and Park Ridge neighborhood organizations are also requesting this, as well as University Elementary School. We understand the complications with the State, but a meeting is needed to begin the formal process of gaining walking access in this area. Not only will it allow our children to walk to school, but it will provide community members in Tamarron and Eastern Heights the ability to safely walk to the bus stop and access the University and downtown without the use of cars. The city light at the corner of Nicollet Ave. and 104th St is not turning on at night.

There is a major "ditch" across the right hand lane of N Walnut street just after you pass the construction site. North of the square and south of 17th. It's hard to see it coming and should be fixed or have a sign warning of an uneven road ahead. Thanks for your consideration in prioritizing this problem.

Heading west on East Thornton, on the west side of the intersection with South Highland, there is a pot hole. Continuing west to the intersection with South Olive, there is another pot hole at the stop sign at Olive. Turning north on Olive there is a manhole just before (south of) the one lane section of Olive. There is a pot hole around the manhole and another a few feet to the north west of that manhole.

Multiple potholes in front of driveway. This area requires frequent repair, as simply putting patch in does not work and it wears away quickly. Would like to request a more permanent solution. Thank you!

I'm wondering why JSON lists from the Bloomington portal cannot be pulled by anyone. Specifically, we were trying to pull http://bloomington.in.gov/inroads/events?format=json. We get Origin 'http://devindiana.com' is therefore not allowed access. My question is: if this is public data, why can't it be accessed directly by the public. In other words, it students want to build a web site displaying current road closings in Bloomington, do they need special access? We were hoping to use local resources in development classes to demonstrate web sites with local data. Thanks.
