There is a section of West Kirkwood that has a leaking pipe underneath it. The section of road is beginning to deteriorate and the road foundation is beginning to show.

The sidewalk in front of this complex (Townhouses on 10th) does not have ramps, just curbs, to cross the driveway to the complex. There is also a sunken area east of the complex entrance that is completely buried in dirt now (I'm not sure if it is on their property or on Woodbridge's, it is between). This makes it very difficult to walk through this area with a stroller and also makes it inaccessible to anyone unable to step down or up on a curb (and when it rains, the dirt-covered area turns into mud and gets pretty slick). There are some other areas that have shifted so the sidewalk is no longer even as well.

Water fountain is not shutting off properly. It runs a little constantly.

The railroad tracks have severe potholes on both sides making it very uneasy to cross. The size of the potholes also have the potential to cause serious damage to a car.

Switchyard Dog Park, Large Dog enclosure Please erect a barrier promptly, around the collection of mud + water about 25 feet from the entrance. During my 1st visit with my dog on Saturday, 9-11, he noticed the area by following another dog into the mud. Note there is no hose + water source to rinse dogs, unlike Ferguson Dog Pk, which has this resource during non-winter months. In addition to causing damage to the interior of my car, the muddy substrate was not easily cleaned. A rash has developed in several areas of my dog's skin. Water alone did not remedy the muck; standard dog shampoo fared a bit better. I diluted Dawn dish detergent, which worked best but likely added to the discomfort of the rash. We have a veterinary appt on Monday to address. Again, please erect a barrier around this area and also plan for long-term, engineering solution. Thank you. (I also suggest the installation of water hoses and will submit that separately.)

Switchyard Park is wonderful! Kudos to Parks & Rec. Two suggestions: 1 - Please install umbrella holders (or umbrella holders + umbrellas, but I recognize there could be more of a theft issue)at the wooden 'bleachers' at the pickle ball courts. 2) For both dog parks at Switchyard, erect shaded areas perhaps similar to the Ferguson dog park. Suggest two or three areas per dog enclosure. This could be esp. crucial for helping maintaining dog health during summer months. Also, install water hoses to clean dirt from paws + coat when play is over. Thank you for considering!

No issue! I am enrolled in the Resident's Academy and recently toured Switchyard Park with hosts Paula McDevitt and Tim Street. This was super enjoyable and informative. Kudos to Paula, Tim, and their respective crews!

There is a recurring problem at this intersection. Drivers heading west on 3rdSt/46 and turning south onto College Mall Rd routinely block the eastbound traffic on 3rd St by blocking the intersection after their turn light turns red. Tonight the intersection was blocked for the eastbound traffics entire green light. The Do Not Block the Intersection signs go unnoticed or unheeded. I’ve contacted the Mayors office before and my complaint was forwarded to someone who couldn’t/wouldn’t do anything to address the problem. I’ve contacted the Police Department who said it wasn’t a priority and they didn’t have the manpower to do anything even if it was a priority. My suggestion is to make the Do Not Block the Intersection signs more noticeable and to shorten the duration of the left turn signal for those turning south onto College Mall Rd from the westbound 3rd St lanes. 600 N. Morton on the corner of the parking lot for city vehicles, there is an abandoned couch just right off the sidewalk. Where the marker is placed according to my screen is precisely where the couch is located.
