Quite a few trees down after the recent storms on the trails. Most you can ride around but some are blocking trails. Large tree blocking the trail on the far side of where the lake used to be.
The street pavement on Longview is in very poor condition for bicyclists.
Seminary park is full of litter. Also several people being disorderly (yelling, screaming, fighting).
Our recycling dumpster is overflowing and has not been picked up in 2 week.

Decide of North Rogers at 10th Street. Curb ramp / crosswalk blocked by construction sign. Orange barrels stored on sidewalk north of intersection. Sidewalk was to be unimpacted.
Same as yesterday. Sidewalk on east side of Rogers Street at 10th Street blocked by construction signs. Also orange barrel on sidewalk. Sidewalk was to be unimpacted by trades district garage construction.
Broken catch basin on westbound side of W. 11th Street at around 1508/1510. Broken enough to be wandering pedestrian hazard.
There is a yellow plug in the concrete that is a tripping hazard.
