No stop sign on Rappel coming onto Stonelake. People just pull out from Rappel onto Stonelake even if traffic is coming from the east. Almost got hit several times.

Turning left at this junction to the motel are is dangerously dark in the night especially when it’s cloudy.

Tree in front of house on city property by road has split and might be unstable causing break or fall with large limbs!

Excessive lawn growth at knee height
This house has not mowed their grass yet this year. The grass is over a foot tall. I believe the house is empty currently.
