All 3 elevators are not working right now at the Standard Apartment complex. Is this legal? Is there anything the city can do to ensure that the elevators work properly? There have been ongoing issues with various elevators and now they’re all non/functional. Thank you!

Street light at Rogers and Cherokee intersection is burned out and not working.
