Hi There I'm normally not one to complain, especially about a city in which I love and have been apart of since I was a small child. However, the traffic situation on west 3rd street, primarily on the overpass of 37, has reached a point that is nonsensical. This morning, 3/20/2018, the overpass was down to one lane while no one was working on it. It took me 35 minutes to drive .2 miles and caused me to be late to work. I'm all for keeping the infrastructure of this city up to date, but when it takes me 35 minutes to drive a 1000 feet for no legitimate reason, that's when I have a problem. They have been working on the bridge for what seems like 6 months now without much improvement. I hope to see some improvement soon. Sincerely, Greg Lovig

Hello, I am checking to see if any pot hole and or improvements are scheduled for Weimer Rd connecting Tapp with 2nd St. This road is getting extremely rough and eroding away I believe somewhat due to the winter and the additional traffic that is traveling due to the construction work that is happening all around the area. I am the Office Manager for World Wide Automotive and have heard various complaints from our customers and also have personal experience traveling this that it is in need of repairs. My home is on the corner of two allies. The ally in the back, our only access to our parking area, has never been paved or cared for. We are forced to drive through the grass and mud to park at home. The ally to the south of our home is eroded and developing holes. I live at 1119 S. Rogers St. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Bids for Griffy Water Treatment Plant Regulated Asbestos Containing Materials (RACM) Abatement & Polychlorinated Biphenyl (PCB) Impacted Soil Removal On March 16, we purchased the digital sets for both of the above referenced bids from the Repro Graphix ePlanroom. We are missing several documents like the Asbestos Assessments performed at the Site by Ogle and Associates, LLC in April 2017 and the Transformer Removal performed at the site by Fields Environmental, Inc. in April 2017. My water for the 5th time in 8 years has been shut off because it was confused with my neighbors. I also believe I have been charged for their water usage. Note they had 4 kids and 2 adults there I am by myself, and yet I had an $80 bill. I live at 2602 South Bryan St. and have been here sense 2009. The other resident was at 2602 ½. This happens after each neighbor moves out. Right now the vacant unit has water in it. This also happened to me about 2 or 3 weeks ago and I thought it was resolved that time. It is Bloomington City Water's responsibility to keep this from happening. I need 3 things from you (1) an apology for having done this so many times. (2) An actionable plan as to what you are going to do to stop this in the future. (3) A review of my utility bill for having been over charged.

As a neighboring property to 704 Country Club, I am concerned about the owners proceeding with construction on their dilapidated structures towards the back of the property. Do they have the proper permits and approvals from the City? How many houses and occupants can be on one plot? I would like the City to make sure this is in compliance. Thank you!

Old IUCU drive thru lanes at Whitehall Plaza on west 3rd Street.. The building has tarps covering the front and wind damage has town those off and exposed pipes, graffiti, hanging boards, and water damage. This is an eyesore, dangerous and is not safe to walk or drive by... There are swinging boards and I have picked up several boards with nails in them and placed in the flowerbed.
