I just discovered a large gas-powered blower on wheels that is partially hidden in one of my fir trees. I've left it where it is. It is just off the W. 12th St. Court area (the circle next to my property. I'm suspecting it was stolen and hidden there. It wasn't there earlier this week. There are transients laying on the B Line trail between 8th and 7th street in Bloomington. This is illegal and should be taken care of.
