Lawn needs mowed. Grass very tall. This is a Pendragon rental.
My address is 322 South Buckner St. the problem area is 323 S Davisson St. we share a grass alley that is owned by the city which I mow the majority of The FALLING overgrowth comes from 323 S Davisson rental property. The overgrowth is very high and unsafe for the mowing crew I hire. The previous you report was a total screwup so this is the corrected version.
Excessive overgrowth of weeds and grass. Some weeds two stories high. Weeds grown up densely near doors and porch. This has providdd habitat for snakes in residential neighborhood. Children in household. Litter strewn everywhere.
Houses yard is excessively weed overgrown and unkempt. Weeds are causing issues bleeding into neighbors’ yards and spreading weeds to neighboring houses. It looks horrible and is a harbor for rats and other pests.
stopped mowing the backyard 10 weeks ago - front yard only mowed once in that timeframe
Description is on attachment.
My address is technically 1529 W. 8th. We recently purchased our home and just got all moved in. In between my house and our neighbors, there is a ton of overgrowth over power lines connected to our homes. We really need someone to come out and clear the area before it becomes a problem. There is also a very large and what seems like a very dead tree on our neighbors property that is over some power lines as well.
Persistent problems in Waterman Addition: 1. Unpainted curbs by fire hydrants 1301 W. 8th 1524 W. 8th 1680 W. 8th 2. I saw some neighborhood kids playing on what looked like our neighbors' power or phone box units. The kids were jumping and pushing them and pretending (I think?) to get shocked. One kid looked like he was trying to pull one over. I am concerned that they will get hurt or that a fire will start due to the damage. When I went to tell them to stop, they had run off.
